• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers (“intros”).
• Giving studio tours.
• Working hand‑in‑hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout.
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Following up on prospective clients.
• Participating in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Orange theory is a 1‑hour, full‑body heart‑rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Designed to be effective and efficient, our classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.

Hourly rate: $17.00 per hour.

Experience in retail sales or fitness is preferred. Ability to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time is required, and open availability (weekday or weekend any time) is preferred.
