Position Overview Seeking a dedicated Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care services in an outpatient setting.

Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across the lifespan within the scope of family practice Provide follow-up care and coordinate with other healthcare providers as needed Promote health education and preventive medicine Maintain accurate and timely medical records Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives Adhere to established clinical standards and organizational policies
