We are currently seeking an Assisted Living Home Supervisor to join our team in Kenai, Alaska
.

Hope Community Resources, Inc. is a non-profit disabilities service provider based in Anchorage, Alaska. Founded in 1968, our company provides services and supports to people of all ages and abilities who experience an intellectual, developmental, or other disability, traumatic brain injury, or mental health challenge.

This position provides services to individuals supported by Hope by ensuring assigned Agency-operated Assisted Living Homes (ALHs) meet mission-critical standards across all areas of operation. The Assisted Living Home Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of assigned ALHs and the quality of care provided to individuals residing in those homes through teaching, coaching, and mentoring Resident Managers and Leads.

Responsibilities
  • Provides direct supervision and leadership, ensuring effective staffing, performance accountability, and operational consistency.

  • Provides direct assistance with the management of staffed homes as needed, including supporting shift coverage, addressing operational challenges, and ensuring continuity of care.

  • Develops goals and objectives in partnership with support recipients in alignment with their desired outcomes and ensures staff implementation.

  • Monitors home operations to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, agency policies, and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, Social Science, Special Education or a related field required. Emphasis of study in developmental disabilities strongly preferred. Experience in lieu of education may be accepted on a one for one basis in appropriate fields.
  • Four years of experience working in social services required; two years of responsibility in case management and supervision required. Experience in residential services strongly preferred.
