Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a 6-bed ICU position in Alaska requiring a current AK RN license and at least 3 years of recent ICU experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a 6-bed ICU within a hospital setting
- Nurse to patient ratio ranges from 2:1 to 3:1
- 12-hour night shifts required
- Uses Meditech and Pyxis Supply Stations for medication and supply management
- On-call coverage required as needed
- Standard 3-day department orientation provided
- Must complete onsite medication testing within the first two weeks
- Scrubs are required but not provided
- Must follow CBA guidelines for scheduling
- Active AK state RN license required
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
