This role plays an important part in helping LUX Infusion deliver a patient‑first experience through both direct clinical impact and strategic relationship development.

In this role, you’ll contribute to work that:

• Expands patient access to high‑quality infusion services through trusted provider partnerships
• Helps patients feel seen, supported, and informed throughout their healthcare journey
• Serves as a clinical resource for physicians, referral partners, and community stakeholders
• Strengthens collaboration between clinicians, partners, and internal teams to improve outcomes
• Supports the growth of a clinician‑led organization committed to delivering exceptional care

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver patient‑centered clinical care through assessments, treatment planning, follow‑up care, and patient education within your scope of practice
• Build and grow referral relationships with physicians, specialists, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, home health agencies, and other healthcare partners
• Educate referral sources on LUX Infusion’s services, treatment options, and patient eligibility criteria
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership, operations, marketing, business development, and provider partners
• Identify new opportunities to expand referral networks and increase patient access to care
• Represent LUX Infusion at community events, healthcare meetings, and professional conferences
• Analyze referral trends and support strategic growth initiatives through data‑informed recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational standards
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts that enhance patient care and operational excellence
• Bring thoughtfulness, reliability, accountability, and professionalism to every interaction

You may be a great fit if you bring:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state
• National Nurse Practitioner certification
• Current BLS certification
• DEA registration (where applicable)
• Two to five years of Nurse Practitioner clinical experience
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
