Overview
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a new permanent opportunity working for a well established business based at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull, with a view to start immediately. You will be working as part of a long standing purchase ledger team and be responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function.
Responsibilities- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Processing payments
- Resolving queries
- Processing employee expenses
- Assisting with month end
- Working with foreign currency payments
- Assisting with bank reconciliations
- Experience as a purchase ledger clerk
- Experience with supplier statements, invoice matching, batching and coding
- Experience with month-end processes
- Experience handling foreign currency payments and bank reconciliations is advantageous
