Accounts Assistant; Receivables

Accounts Assistant (Receivables) £25,000  25 days Holiday  8% Matched Pension Contribution  37.5 hour week  Hybrid working  Company Bonus Milton Keynes Are you an Accountant Assistant or similar with an AAT Qualification, looking for a varied role contributing to the full accounts receivable function for a stable, growing company who offer excellent benefits including company bonuses and 8% matched pension as well as work life balance through Hybrid working?

On offer is the opportunity to join a very well-established and successful innovative digital security and currency based in Milton Keynes who are expanding not only their Finance team but all areas of the company due to rapid growth. In this varied role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the financial receivable function including cash allocation, receivable ledgers, invoicing and receipts.

You will be using SAP ERP System and Microsoft Excel. This role is a Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM, office-based role. This role would suit an Accountant Assistant or similar with an AAT Qualification, looking for a varied role contributing to the full accounts receivable function for a stable, growing company who offer excellent benefits including company bonuses and 8% matched pension as well as work life balance through Hybrid working

The Role:

Full receivables accounts cycle Cash allocation, credit control and collections Customer invoices, credit notes, and receipts Using SAP ERP System Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers and investigate and resolve discrepancies Monitor aged debt and proactively follow up on overdue balances regular AR, collections, and cash-flow reports for management Monday to Friday (9AM-5PM)
