Solihull 3 days and Birmingham city centre 2 days

Fully office based, Mon-Fri, full time

£25,000 - £26,000 p/a

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with an award-winning regional law firm who are looking for a Legal Receptionist to join their front of house team. For the first 6 months, this role will be based across both the Solihull and Birmingham city centre offices, before being solely based in Birmingham city centre in the future.

Duties and responsibilities of the Legal Receptionist will include (but are not limited to):

Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors and colleagues, providing a warm and professional welcome
Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries efficiently and professionally
Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared
Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a smooth arrival experience
Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and courier requests
Support general office administration tasks as required
The person:

Significant experience as a receptionist, with at least 1 years' recent experience as a receptionist.
Proven ability to deliver an excellent level of customer service, dealing with a range of clients.

Experience of using a switchboard, and dealing with a high volume of telephone and email enquiries.
Excellent telephone manner.
Effective and clear communication, both written and verbal, able to ensure messages are recorded and passed on quickly and accurately.
