Receptionist, Administrative​/Clerical

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for our award winning client who are seeking an experienced receptionist to join their Shirley offices.

This role is full-time, Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm. (These hours are none-negotiable so please only reply if you can commit to these hours).

Duties and tasks will include:

Welcoming clients and visitors upon arrival at reception as well as answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
Photocopying, scanning and printing a variety of documents
Liaise with staff in other departments and with external contacts
Booking meeting rooms and keeping meeting rooms tidy
Ordering stationary supplies

Experience with in a reception role is desirable

You may also be required to provide holiday and sickness cover to their Sheldon site.
