Weare seeking to recruit a highly organised, professional and personable
Preparatory School Receptionist and Administrator to join our busy and welcoming Preparatory School team.
Asthe first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, the successful candidate will play a vital role in creating a positive and professional impression of the school as well as providing high-quality administrative andreprographics support to colleagues.
Aswell as providing a welcoming reception service, the role supports key membersof the Preparatory School Management Group and Administrative teams with a variety oftasks.
Thisis a varied and rewarding role that requires excellent communication and organisational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage a rangeof priorities in a busy school environment.
The successful candidate will have previous reception or administrative experience and be confident using Microsoft Office, they will have the ability to work independently whilst contributing effectively as part of a team.
