We specialise in fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder detection, and compliance-driven maintenance.

Role Overview We are looking for a driven, focused and ambitious individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and facilities management sectors. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, relationship building, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities for fire and security systems and maintenance contracts. Develop tailored proposals for Fire & Security solutions (Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Detection). Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
