The Role The Events & Experiences Manager is responsible for leading and delivering Norton’s UK events portfolio and test ride programme. This includes motorcycle shows and festivals, dealer activations, test ride experiences, community events, brand showcases and retail-focused experiences.

A critical part of the role is effectively managing and collaborating with Global teams and external agencies, including test ride, creative, production, logistics and experiential partners, to ensure each event achieves premium brand presentation, operational excellence and commercial impact.

You will be the UK lead for UK-led event activity, ensuring every experience reflects Norton’s craftsmanship, engineering and heritage while driving commercial impact. You will also work with Global teams and their appointed agencies to support the delivery of major events such as Motorcycle Live.

You will have overall responsibility for Norton’s UK test ride programme and the operational management of the UK event and test ride fleet. You will work cross-functionally and take a structured, process-driven approach to planning and execution.

Duties & Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery of Norton’s UK events strategy, test ride programme and annual calendar

Manage UK-led events, including motorcycle shows and festivals, dealer activations, ride-outs, demo days, community events, brand showcases and retail experiences

Work with Global Marketing, Events, Brand and Product teams, and their appointed agencies, to support major global-led UK events such as Motorcycle Live Take overall responsibility for the UK test ride programme, including planning, customer experience, operational delivery, safety and commercial performance

Manage the appointed test ride agency, setting clear briefs, budgets, KPIs, service levels and delivery expectations

Monitor test ride performance, customer feedback and lead conversion, working with Sales, CRM and dealers to ensure leads are captured and followed up effectively

Manage the operational planning of Norton’s UK event and test ride fleet, maintaining clear visibility of bike location, allocation, mileage, condition and availability

Work with Fleet Management, Technical, Aftersales and logistics partners to ensure bikes are prepared, transported, serviced, repaired and compliant for event use Ensure event planning reflects product maturity, vehicle readiness, technical requirements and launch timings

Oversee event logistics, including venues, production, transport, contractors, staffing and on-site delivery

Collaborate with the UK dealer network to support, elevate and review dealer-led events, providing toolkits, assets and guidance where required

Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers across test ride delivery, creative, production, experiential activity and logistics, ensuring quality, value and accountability

Manage event and test ride budgets, supplier costs and performance reporting, using results and insight to improve future delivery

Ensure all activity meets Norton’s brand, legal, compliance, safety, insurance and risk-management requirements
