We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Manager to join a well-established, independent,single-site, care home in Solihull.

This is an opportunity to take a genuinely influential role within a small organisation where decisions are made locally. Working directly with the Trustees and Registered Care Manager

The Registered Care Manager leads the delivery and quality of care. The Business Manager will take ownership of the non-care business functions
, ensuring the organisation is well managed, financially sound, compliant and continually developing.

The Role

This is a broad senior management position combining operational leadership with business development. Key responsibilities will include:

• Working with Trustees and the Care Manager to turn strategic objectives into practical plans and measurable actions.
• Providing management information, reports and recommendations to Trustees.
• Overseeing budgets, financial controls, contracts, suppliers and commercial effectiveness, working closely with the Finance & Payroll Manager.
