Electrical Supervisor​/Site Manager

Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager My client is a reputable organisation who have established themselves in delivering M&E services, they are known for their reputation on delivering projects on time, on budget and safely to a first-class finish. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking an Electrical Supervisor/Site Manager for their team based in Newtownabbey. This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

Working Hours:

Mon – Thurs 08.00am – 5.00pm and Friday 08.00 – 2.00pm. Salary:
Negotiable dependant on experience Must be willing and able to travel in NI as well as requirements to travel to ROI and GB.

Essential Criteria :
Have a trade background Health and safety knowledge IT proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload while adhering to deadlines and working under pressure Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team Must have a clean driving license Desirable Criteria:
Knowledge of Procore (training will be provided) Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Procurement of general day-to-day materials Responsible for the control of labour and their coordination with other trades on-site Ensure all installations are of the highest quality Ensuring the installation complies with the latest relevant regulations Meeting with clients, main contractors, and subcontractors regularly Procurement and management of hire equipment on-site Preparation of short-term lookahead programmes and inputting into the overall master programme Provide regular reports on progress and performance to the Contracts Manager
