Salary/Wage Range or Industry Benchmark: 450 GBP Daily GBP 450.00 DAY

My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Site Manager to help deliver a Water Treatment Works (WTW) project in Solihull, with an immediate start available. This is an 18-month project, offering long-term work for an experienced Site Manager with a strong water background.

Site Manager Responsibilities:

* Toolbox talks

* Client liaison

* Stakeholder liaison

* Health and safety compliance

* Ordering materials

* Managing day-to-day site operations

* Supervising subcontractors and site teams

* Managing the delivery of works on the WTW

* Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification

* Managing RAMS, permits and site documentation

* Overseeing quality control, inspections and site records

* Working closely with the Project Manager to maintain programme and project delivery

Site Manager Requirements:

* Black or Gold CSCS

* SMSTS

* Previous experience managing WTW projects is essential

* Strong water and civil engineering background

* Experience managing subcontractors and site teams

* Good understanding of health and safety and quality requirements

* IT literate

* Full UK driving licence
