The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Estimator to join a successful regional building contractor based in the West Midlands. The business has a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects across a range of sectors and is continuing to grow its workload. The successful Estimator, you will play a key role in preparing competitive and commercially viable tenders, working on projects ranging in value up to 50m.This
is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Estimator, or an ambitious Assistant Estimator looking to take the next step in their career and gain greater responsibility within a growing contractor.
About You..Previous experience working as an Estimator within the building/construction sector.
Experience pricing projects across a range of sectors.
The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.
A proactive approach and the ambition to progress within a growing business.
