Salary:
Up to 70,000 per annum + bonus, car allowance and benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established residential developer. Working across a portfolio of housing projects, you'll play a key role in managing commercial performance from procurement through to final account.

Key Responsibilities Lead subcontract procurement and package management.

Monitor project budgets, costs and financial forecasts.

Manage valuations, variations and final accounts.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and commercial risks.

Produce CVRs and cash flow reports.

Work closely with site and technical teams to support successful project delivery.

What We're Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.

Previous experience within the house building or residential sector.

Strong understanding of JCT contracts and commercial management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; COINS experience is beneficial.

Full UK driving licence.
