Site Manager

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established Regional Main Contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of new build industrial projects across the Midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects.

The successful Site Manager will ideally have previous experience delivering new build industrial, warehouse or distribution projects and be confident managing projects from the groundworks stage through to completion and handover.

Key Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day delivery of projects on site Coordinating subcontractors and site teams

Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme

Maintaining high standards of health and safety

Monitoring quality throughout the construction process

Liaising with clients, consultants and the wider project team Managing site logistics and ensuring effective coordination of trades

Identifying and resolving potential programme or delivery issues

Supporting successful project completion and handover

The Candidate The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience working as a Site Manager for a Main Contractor Experience delivering new build industrial, warehouse or distribution projects

Strong knowledge of construction processes and site management

Excellent subcontractor management skills
