BIM Digital Construction Manager

Digital Construction Manager   required to join an established leading   national contractor   to support delivery of large-scale projects across the   Midlands   and the   North  . This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a business that is genuinely invested in   digital construction  , innovation, and modern methods of   project delivery  .
The role is predominately office based, with site visits likely taking place once a week. Distance and frequency will vary depending on project requirements.
Duties:
Lead the implementation of   BIM   and   Digital Construction   processes across projects
Develop and manage   BIM Execution Plans   -   BEPs   and   Information Management Plans   -   IMPs
Coordinate design teams and supply chain partners to ensure high-quality digital delivery
Oversee clash detection, model coordination and information management
Ensure compliance with   ISO 19650   and client information requirements
Support project teams with digital tools, workflows and best practices
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in digital construction across the business

Experience required:
Experience as a   Digital Construction Manager, BIM Manager   or   Senior BIM Coordinator   working for a main contractor
Strong understanding of   BIM processes   and   ISO 19650
Good knowledge of   design coordination  ,   clash detection   and   Construction Operations Building Information Exchange - COBie   is essential
Experience managing and coordinating   digital information   across large-scale   construction projects
Proficient in   ACC -     Autodesk Construction Cloud  , now   Autodesk Forma, Solibri   and   BIM collab
Any experience on   DfE projects   is desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with design teams, consultants and subcontractors
A proactive approach with a passion for   digital construction  , innovation and continuous improvement
