Oversee traffic management arrangements, road closures and diversions.
Manage NEC3/NEC4 contract requirements, including early warnings, variations and compensation events.
Lead and support Site Agents, Engineers, Supervisors and operational teams.
Ensure quality documentation, ITPs, as-built records and handover requirements are completed.
Essential Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent relevant qualification.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Senior Agent or Construction Manager delivering major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical and practical experience in drainage, highways, road construction or associated heavy civils works.
Demonstrable self-delivery experience, including direct management of labour, plant, materials and site operations.
Experience managing construction programmes, budgets, resources and subcontractors.

Competitive salary of up to £95,000, depending on experience.
