Customer Service Advisor

Are you in a customer service retail role working shifts and wanting to move over to a customer service role 9-4 Monday to Friday. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team based in Solihull. This is an active role and an exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career, with a quality focused company in a key position within the business.

The Role:

Provide outstanding support to customers via phone and email.

Understanding customer’s needs and requirements and trying to exceed these wherever possible.

Providing a courteous, efficient and reliable service to all customers, both via messaging channels and phone

Handling pre and post sales customer queries

Liaising with courier companies

Effectively manage complaints and escalations from start to finish.

Processing orders via Sage

Processing returns/credits via Sage

Working with our Sales Team to ensure our customers are satisfied

Skills Required:

Experience of Microsoft office

Friendly and dynamic individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A passion for customer satisfaction

Excellent communication skills at all levels

The ability to problem solve and follow processes accurately.

Experience working within a fast-paced working environment and keen to be part of and assist the team.
