We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and growing team based in a modern office environment in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is confident managing a high volume of inbound enquiries.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering excellent service while ensuring all queries are handled efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities- Customer Service Advisor
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Accurately update customer information and maintain records.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating where required.
- Provide customers with product, service, and account information.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure service level targets are met.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

- Previous experience within a customer service, call centre, or contact centre environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident handling high call volumes and working under pressure.
- Good IT skills, including experience using CRM or customer management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach.
