Part‑Time Fixed‑Term Maternity Cover | Solihull

An excellent opportunity has become available for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join the friendly team in practice in Solihull on a part‑time, fixed‑term basis to provide maternity cover for seven months, commencing in mid‑October 2026.

The role is based over three days each week, working Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am to 7:00pm. The salary is offered on a full‑time equivalent basis of £45,000-£65,000, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering outstanding clinical care, managing a varied first‑opinion caseload across both consultations and surgery. Working as part of a supportive and collaborative team, they will build strong relationships with clients, create tailored treatment plans and ensure the highest standards of patient care, clinical governance and regulatory compliance are consistently maintained.

This position would suit a confident MRCVS Veterinary Surgeon with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient welfare and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
