Our client, a well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Solihull, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Psychology Teacher to join their team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an inspiring educator with strong subject knowledge and a passion for supporting student achievement at KS4 and KS5.

The Role:

You will deliver high-quality, engaging Psychology lessons that motivate students and prepare them for exams and further study. The ideal candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

* Teach Psychology across KS4 and KS5

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and structured lessons

* Assess and monitor student progress

* Provide constructive feedback and support to learners

* Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

* Contribute to departmental planning and enrichment

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

* Experience teaching Psychology at secondary level (KS5 desirable)

* Strong behaviour management and organisational skills

* Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities

* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
