The school is looking for qualified teachers (with QTS) to work on a casual but regular basis across, working 2-5 days per week covering planned and unplanned teacher absence across the primary and secondary departments. * Support pupils to engage with learning activities using structured approaches (e.g. visual supports, clear routines)

* Support staff to work to their full potential

* Ability to remain calm, patient, and consistent in demanding situations

* Highly adaptable to the needs of the learners and staff

* Strong communication and teamwork skills
