Now Education Group Limited is looking for Support Workers to work in a SEMH school in Solihull. This is a long-term position starting ASAP. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and motivated individuals who can work one-to-one and in small groups, assisting students with special educational needs.
Experience with ASD, ADHD, or other challenging behaviours is beneficial, but passion and energy are critical. Flexible working opportunities are available.
