We are working with a network of high-performing and supportive primary schools, including outstanding schools across the West Midlands, who are looking to appoint committed Primary Teachers on a permanent basis.

As a Permanent Primary Teacher, you will take ownership of a dedicated class within EYFS, KS1 or KS2, delivering engaging and well-structured lessons within a supportive school community.

You will take responsibility for:

• Planning and delivering high-quality primary lessons
• Creating a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
• Tracking, assessing and supporting pupil progress
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
• Contributing to the wider school community
• Upholding high standards of teaching, behaviour and achievement

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have:

• QTS
• Experience teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2
• Strong classroom management skills
• A passion for pupil progress and whole-child development

• Subject leadership interest or experience
• Experience in outstanding or high-performing schools
• Ability to contribute to curriculum development

• Permanent salary of 32,000 - 55,000
