Location: Shirley

31.60 per hour (inclusive of preparation and marking)

This position is an hourly paid role with variable hours

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic part-time Lecturers in Early Years and Education to deliver teaching across our provision from Levels 1 to 3 on an hourly paid basis. These roles could be based at Blossomfield, Stratford or Woodlands Campus with hours to be available from September 2026.

Applicants will ideally have recent teaching experience and should either hold a teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one. Experience of teaching within Further Education is desirable, though not essential. Candidates must hold a relevant Level 6 qualification, demonstrate excellent administrative skills, and show a flexible, student‑centred approach to supporting learning. Occupational competence in the subject area is also essential.
