KS1 Teacher - Solihull

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 Teacher looking for your next full-time opportunity? We are currently working with a welcoming Primary School in Solihull to find a qualified teacher to join their team from January. This is a full-time role with full class teaching responsibilities, and dedicated planning time will be provided each week to support workload and creativity.

Requirements of Applicant:

Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of the KS1 National Curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Passionate about creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Main

Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across all KS1 subjects
Take full responsibility for classroom planning, assessment, and pupil progress
Foster a supportive and stimulating environment that promotes learning and wellbeing
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
Monitor and track pupil development, contributing to reports and parent meetings
Apply effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive classroom culture

Salary: £150 - £240 per day (Reviewed after 12 weeks placement*)
