After 11 successful years of leadership at Marston Green Infant Academy, our Headteacher will be retiring at the end of the Autumn Term 2026.
This marks an important moment for the Academy and presents a genuine opportunity to build on the strong foundations already in place.
We are immensely proud of our Academy. The school has, over time, developed a positive reputation within the local community and we are proud of the relationships that we have built with our families, and see this partnership as fundamental in supporting our young children and enabling them to achieve their full potential.
Marston Green Infant Academy is now looking to appoint an ambitious and inspirational leader, who fully understands the current educational landscape and can bring clarity, energy and ideas, whilst continuing to build on our current strengths and ensure consistency in approach to move the Academy forward into its next phase.
The successful candidate will understand the importance of visibility, relationships and strong communication, and will continue to strengthen the partnerships that sit at the heart of our school community.
