SEN Teacher
First For Education is seeking an experienced and committed SEN Teacher to join a school in Solihull supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning and achieve their potential.
This is a full-timelong-term position, working within either a mainstream setting with additional support needs or a specialist SEN provision, depending on the school.
The school has a strong focus on inclusive practice, personalised learning and pupil wellbeing, making it an excellent opportunity for an SEN Teacher looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment.

- Experience teaching pupils with SEND
- Strong understanding of differentiation and inclusive teaching strategies
- Experience supporting needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs
- Ability to plan and deliver personalised learning
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
- Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
- Support pupils with a range of additional learning and behavioural needs
- Monitor, assess and track pupil progress
- Work closely with the SENCO and wider support team
- Create a positive, structured and inclusive learning environment
- Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
