• EYFS Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Immediate start until July 2027
• £81 - £101 per day
• 'Outstanding' primary school, Ward of Solihull
• Targeted support to children in EYFS

Support the class teacher to deliver high-quality EYFS provision. Set up and rotate continuous provision, lead short adult-led activities (early phonics and number), and provide 1:1 support where needed. You’ll model language, encourage turn-taking and independence, and note quick observations to inform next steps.

A calm, organised graduate who communicates clearly and enjoys working with young children. You follow guidance, keep routines consistent, and bring energy to purposeful play.

• Degree - A 2:2 or above in any subject.
• Communication
  - Clear, confident written and verbal skills.
• Enhanced DBS
  - Held already or willingness to obtain.
• Desire to work in education/with children
  - Strong interest in EYFS and early child development.
• Experience working with children
  - Nursery/school/mentoring/volunteering experience is desirable but not essential
  .
