HVAC Estimator in B37, Chelmsley Wood

Role: Estimator (HVAC/Mechanical Bias)

Salary: Up to £42,000 DOE

Location: Birmingham (office based)

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established M&E building services company, expanding a Service & Maintenance team with an experienced HVAC/Mechanical Estimator.

Over 27 years of industry experience, working on commercial projects nationwide across leisure, education, public, and commercial sectors.

• Create and issue quotations for HVAC remedial works and projects up to £100k
• Process client instructions and convert quotations into active jobs
• Place orders with suppliers and subcontractors
• Manage subcontractors and specialist contractors on larger projects
• Liaise with clients, engineers, coordinators, and site teams daily
• Create and issue Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for larger works
• Support the smooth delivery and management of commercial HVAC works across the UK

• Previous experience estimating HVAC repairs and small mechanical projects
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Experience pricing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, gas, and plumbing works
