Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to join our finance team based onsite in Solihull. This is a permanent role offering the opportunity to play a key part in financial reporting, budgeting, and business decision-making within a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and variance analysis

Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with senior stakeholders

Analyse financial performance and provide clear commentary and recommendations

Assist with cost control, margin analysis, and operational reporting

Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and ensure data integrity

Support year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors where required

Improve financial processes and controls to drive efficiency

Partner with non-finance teams to support informed commercial decisions

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in a Management Accountant or similar role

Fully qualified  ACA/ACCA/CIMA

Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Confident communicator, able to explain financial information clearly
