and Experience Required:

Previous experience within Credit Control, including debt collection and account management.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the confidence to manage payment plans and liaise with high-profile clients.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
