Finance Change Manager

The Role You'll be responsible for delivering finance transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and with measurable business benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading finance transformation and continuous improvement projects.

Managing project plans, governance, risks and stakeholder communications.

Working closely with Finance, IT and Operations to deliver successful change.

Supporting finance systems enhancements, automation and process improvements.

Managing project budgets and tracking financial benefits.

Producing project reporting and updates for senior leadership.

Driving adoption of new processes and embedding lasting change.

About You You'll be:

Experienced in delivering finance transformation, systems implementation or business improvement projects.

A confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels.

Highly organised, with strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Passionate about improving processes and delivering measurable business outcomes.
