Overview
Marks Sattin are undertaking a confidential project on behalf of a growing, PE backed business on the outskirts of Solihull. Our client are looking to appoint a Financial Controller as the on-site number one, reporting into the group CFO.
This opportunity offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, and genuine career growth within a business on an upwards trajectory. Due to the confidential nature of this role, all details will be given on an in-depth briefing call pre interview.
Responsibilities- Analysing and reporting on financial data to drive performance and growth.
- Closely working alongside the Group CFO.
- Managing a team.
- Must be fully qualified accountant.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Business Partner, or other similar role.
- Proven robust financial reporting experience.
- Strong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
