Location: Marston Green
Niyaa People is seeking a Housing Options Officer on a 12-week contract based in Solihull. You will manage a caseload of homelessness applications, conduct interviews, assess housing needs and make statutory decisions under housing legislation.
The role runs 37 hours per week, office-based two days weekly, with a potential extension and a competitive umbrella rate of £25–£28 per hour. Travel across the district may be required.
