£15.00 per hour

On-call every other weekend (with days off in the week)

Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Care Supervisor to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Solihull area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and confident leading a team within a community-based setting.

The Role:

• Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
• Supervising and leading care staff in the community
• Conducting spot checks, supervisions and staff observations
• Supporting with care planning and risk assessments
• Ensuring high standards of care and compliance are maintained
• Participating in the on-call rota (every other weekend) with days off in the week

Requirements:

• Level 3 Health & Social Care (essential)
• Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting
• Experience leading or supervising a team
• Strong knowledge of care standards and safeguarding
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence (preferred for domiciliary role)
