Position: Care Supervisor £14.00 (Permanent)
Care Supervisor – Domiciliary Care

Solihull

£15.00 per hour

On-call every other weekend (with days off in the week)

Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Care Supervisor to join a well-established domiciliary care provider in the Solihull area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and confident leading a team within a community-based setting.

The Role:

Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day running of the service
Supervising and leading care staff in the community
Conducting spot checks, supervisions and staff observations
Supporting with care planning and risk assessments
Ensuring high standards of care and compliance are maintained
Participating in the on-call rota (every other weekend) with days off in the week
Requirements:

Level 3 Health & Social Care (essential)
Previous experience in a domiciliary care setting
Experience leading or supervising a team
Strong knowledge of care standards and safeguarding
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (preferred for domiciliary role)
