Trusted Hands Care Group is currently looking for a dedicated senior support worker to
join our friendly established team at Mereside in Solihull.
We are looking for:

- Mentoring new and existing staff
- NVQ / QCF level 3 (or equivalent) or willing to work towards.
- Oversee relevant documentation within the home.
- Lead the staff team in the absence of the management team.
- Be a part of the on-call system to give advice or support.
- Liaison with outside professionals, families, or visitors in the absence of the management team.
