Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Solihull.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity to join an established recruitment business at an exciting stage of its growth.

You’ll have the opportunity to build your own desk, develop new and existing client relationships, source great candidates and take ownership of the full recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement.

We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and enjoys building relationships. Recruitment experience is a bonus, but attitude, drive and the desire to succeed are just as important.

You’ll be joining a supportive team where your ideas are encouraged, your success is recognised and there’s plenty of opportunity to develop your career.

What You'll Be Doing

* Managing the full recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing through to candidate management and placement.

* Building and developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

* Growing your own client base and identifying new business opportunities.

* Developing existing accounts and identifying opportunities to increase our presence with clients.

* Advising clients and candidates on recruitment trends, salaries and the market.

* Using a range of sourcing tools and technology to identify and attract great candidates.

* Working towards personal and team targets, with uncapped earning potential.

* Representing Proftech at networking events, client meetings and industry events.

* Keeping candidate and client information up to date using our CRM.

* Tech-savvy – comfortable using CRM systems, Linked In, Microsoft Office and recruitment technology.

* A great communicator – confident speaking to candidates, clients and prospects at all levels.

Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential for the right person.
