HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Human Resources Head – Solihull – 5 days a week – responsible for leadership and delivering a comprehensive HR service throughout the organisation, developing & overseeing HR strategy, managing employee relations, facilitating learning & development initiatives, liaising with payroll, supporting wellbeing efforts, and enhancing organisational capability.
Working in collaboration with the Senior leadership team, the postholder will create and execute people strategies that underpin business objectives, foster employee engagement, and ensure adherence to employment legislation and recognised best practice. The role demands a confident and credible HR leader, capable of integrating strategic vision with a practical, hands‑on approach to day‑to‑day operations.
Qualifications- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise at senior level.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications.
- One‑off £500 per annum holiday bonus when you take 5 days off in one block.
