Recruitment Administrator

Our client, based in Solihull, Birmingham requires a Recruitment Administrator, working 07:30-16:30 Monday - Friday paying £16.00 per hour.

The position is a genuine temp to perm opportunity following a successful trial period, there is further career progression potential.

• Liaise with recruitment agencies to source inspectors for automotive sites as requested by operational teams.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with agency partners.
• Track open vacancies and ensure staffing requirements are fulfilled within agreed timescales.
• Create and publish job advertisements across relevant job boards and recruitment platforms.

• Review applications and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct telephone and video pre-screening interviews.
• Assess candidate suitability against role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and operational teams.
• Ensure all candidate documentation is completed and compliant before deployment.

• Monitor core staff attendance, productivity, and deployment across multiple sites.
• Work closely with site managers to understand workforce requirements and upcoming demands.
• Ensure core staff are allocated effectively and are actively engaged in available work.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and recruitment trackers.
