A leading IT service provider in the United Kingdom is looking for an Onsite Deskside Support Technician to provide comprehensive IT support for desktop and end-user environments. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software, managing desktop lifecycle, and delivering high service levels, including VIP support. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in IT support and a degree in IT-related fields.
This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with a solid understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
