We're now looking for a Fleet Compliance Coordinator!

• Reporting to Transport Manager, and working alongside the operation with responsibility for day to day operational administration for the vehicle management activities.
• Managing documentation and vehicles whilst ensuring the business compliance is protected efficiently in line with internal policies and procedures.
• Preparation of Transport documents - ensure compliance with standard operating procedure.
• Ensuring all administration is up to date and accurate
• Control Tachomaster and ensure the weekly reports are completed

• Proven experience within fleet
• IT Literate, with Microsoft Office Packages
• Tacho Master knowledge
• General Transport Operation Knowledge
