The Supply Chain Lead is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain for all products manufactured at the Solihull site, ensuring products are supplied efficiently to customers in the UK and global markets, including products marketed under different Corza brands.

Acting as the central point of coordination between Global Demand Planning, UK Commercial, Procurement, Manufacturing, Global Sourcing and Site Leadership, the role ensures demand, supply, capacity and material availability remain aligned to meet customer requirements across UK and global markets.

The role is accountable for driving operational excellence across the supply chain by improving cross-functional collaboration, embedding robust planning processes and eliminating inefficiencies. A key focus is reducing back orders, improving service performance and creating scalable, sustainable processes that support future business growth.

• End-to-End Supply Chain Management
  • Own the end-to-end supply chain for products manufactured at the Solihull site, ensuring demand is translated into an effective supply plan from procurement through to customer fulfilment.
• Demand & Business Alignment Demand & Business Alignment
  • Act as the key interface between UK Commercial and Global Demand Planning, ensuring all customer demand, forecast changes and business priorities are communicated through the agreed demand planning process.
  • Ensure the Solihull operation executes against a single, agreed demand plan provided by the Global Demand Planning team.
  • Challenge and resolve any disconnect between commercial requirements and the agreed demand plan before it impacts procurement or manufacturing.
• Planning & Capacity
  • Work closely with the Site Leader to ensure manufacturing and cleanroom capacity plans support the agreed demand plan.
  • Balance customer demand with operational capability, identifying capacity constraints and driving actions to maintain customer service.
• Procurement & Supplier Management
  • Lead the Procurement team, ensuring materials are purchased in line with the approved demand plan and inventory strategy.
  • Work with Procurement to maintain material availability while optimising inventory.
  • Partner with Global Sourcing to resolve persistent supplier issues, support new product introductions and evaluate alternative sourcing solutions where required.
