Maintenance Stores Controller

Position: Maintenance Stores Controller (Permanent)
A recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Maintenance Stores Controller.

Working from their manufacturing facility in the West Midlands, the Maintenance Stores Controller will be responsible for:

* Ensuring timely identification and purchase of maintenance and technical critical spares

* Day to day accountability for all stores-based consumables across a multi building site

* Day to day accountability for all spares repairs on site

* Manage vending machine systems across a multi building site

* Ensuring the stores critical spares database is effectively populated and maintained

* Booking in/out of equipment as required through the database

* Ensure PPE requirements are in place for all employees

* Raising orders, booking in and out of all site maintenance and process consumables

* Working with M&E suppliers to provide stock for high turnover, low value consumables

Previous Maintenance background in a similar role desired but not essential.
