Vehicle Technician – Shirley

• Basic Salary: £36,000 per annum.
• Bonus: Individual efficiency and productivity bonus ranging from £400 – £1,000 per month

• Total Earnings: £40,800 – £48,000 OTE

• Hours: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (with a full 1-hour lunch break).

  Working Monday to Saturday with Sundays off.
• Your Day Off: You get one fixed day off during the week (currently Tuesday, but we can be flexible to suit everyone).
• The Goods: 20 days holiday + bank holidays, free on-site parking, and full access to ongoing training.
• Start Date: Monday, 11th May.

• Full Spectrum Mechanics: Routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide variety of multi-make vehicles.
• Core Repairs: Handling brakes, exhausts, suspension, and cambelts.
• Efficiency & Quality: Working to high standards to maximize your individual bonus while ensuring first-time fixes.
• Diagnostics: Utilizing modern equipment to identify and solve mechanical and electrical faults.
• Teamwork: Maintaining a clean bay and a positive flow within a busy, productive workshop.

• Experience: You are a qualified Vehicle Technician with strong all-round mechanical skills.
• Productivity: You take pride in being efficient and hitting your targets.
• Reliability: You are professional, punctual, and ready to hit the ground running on May 11th.
• License: You hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
