Franchised Dealership Mechanic & Level 3 Vehicle Technician Franchised Dealer

• Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 basic per annum (DOE) + main dealer efficiency bonus scheme
• Hours: Monday to Friday schedule + Saturdays operated on a fair team rota basis

Seeking an experienced, qualified NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Technician / Dealership Mechanic to join our technical crew. You will be responsible for executing routine manufacturer servicing, safety inspections, diagnostic fault isolation, and general mechanical maintenance on SEAT models and multi-brand used vehicles to strict trade standards.

• NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (
  Essential
  ).
• Hands-on workshop experience within a franchised main dealership or structured independent garage setup.
• Strong diagnostic capabilities and confidence using modern electronic vehicle systems.
• Active DVSA Class 4 MOT Tester Licence is an advantage, but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
